I would 100% recommend the Online Menopause Centre to anyone looking for expert advice and support with managing their menopause.

I found my consultation incredibly helpful. Dr Laila was so approachable, knowledgeable and reassuring. She listened to my concerns, made me feel completely at ease and was realistic about expectations. It was so valuable to have someone who really understands hormones explain why certain things are recommended and how best to approach getting things back on track.

Agnes was also fantastic on the administrative side. She talked me through the pricing beforehand, was really helpful throughout the process and followed up afterwards. I particularly appreciated the transparency around costs, as I was self-funding the appointment, and I felt that this was genuinely understood and taken into consideration.

From start to finish, I felt listened to, valued and cared for. Navigating menopause and trying to get your hormones sorted can feel like a real minefield, so having access to knowledgeable professionals who take your concerns seriously makes such a difference.

I felt the appointment was excellent value for money, and I came away with expert guidance and a plan that I hope will help me find the right solution for my menopause symptoms.

After years of feeling unheard, I finally found a specialist who understands menopause. Dr Malik listened carefully, took my symptoms seriously and explained things no one had explained to me before. Her expertise is outstanding and her approach is both rigorous and human. I left the video consultation reassured and with a clear plan. I cannot recommend her enough. Great technology with the assessment and also the online meetings. Prompt reply and follow up contact with my questions and from the nurse follow up for blood work. The experience with OMC was just perfect from the beginning to the end. From the moment I enquired Agne contacted me and she showed me patience and professionalism to all my issues and silly questions sometimes. After I had an appointment with the doctor, and for the first time in my life I felt listened and finally someone believed my symptoms are real.  Long story short I finally had answers and the help I was denied by NHS for two years. The experience was just spottles at all times. I hope OMC will be there forever as they are life savers.
