About Dr Laila Kaikavoosi

I’m Dr Laila Kaikavoosi, Founder and Clinical Director of the Online Menopause Centre. I’ve spent over two decades caring for women through peri-menopause and menopause, with extensive postgraduate training in hormone prescribing. My approach is always personalised. That includes both standard HRT and carefully prescribed, tailor-made compounded bioidentical hormones, where clinically appropriate, because one size simply does not fit all.

At OMC, we’ve worked very hard to make specialist menopause care more inclusive and accessible. We offer flexible payment by instalments, a standalone testosterone pathway for women who need targeted support, and low-cost advisory consultations with menopause specialists—so women can get expert guidance without unnecessary barriers.
