Step 1 - Baseline Hormone Assessment
Order and pay for your convenient at-home blood test to establish your baseline testosterone level and ensure safe consideration of therapy.

Step 2 – Complete your questionnaire and ID check
You will receive your finger prick test. While you wait for your blood test results to be available you will be sent a medical questionnaire and ID check to complete.
Your eligibility for testosterone treatment will be assessed by your clinician and if approved, we will request payment and you will be booked for an online specialist review.
Step 3 - Specialist Review
We will be in touch to book your online review with a menopause-trained clinician who will go over your:
• Symptoms
• Medical background
• Current hormone therapy
• Blood results
Step 4 - Personalised Prescription
Treatment typically involves a low-dose transdermal gel or cream. Doses for women are very small and carefully calibrated. The aim is to remain within the normal female physiological range. You will receive a prescription for 3 months and from then on prescriptions are sent on a 3 monthly basis, in line with your plan.
Step 5 - Follow-Up Monitoring
A repeat blood test is arranged at approximately 10 weeks. This ensures levels remain appropriate and guides ongoing care. You will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire to review your treatment.

Step 6 – Ongoing Care
Annually you will repeat your medical questionnaire and you’ll have a blood test to check your testosterone level. This ensures levels remain appropriate and guides ongoing care.
