Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
The Online Menopause Centre (OMC) is a provider of webinars, menopause training and corporate memberships to clients. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, payments, cancellations, and related services. By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms. - Bookings
2.1. All bookings must be made in writing via email or through our online booking system.2.2. Bookings are subject to availability. First bookings will be on a proforma basis – please request and complete a Credit Account Application Form before making bookings if credit terms are required.
2.3. Any changes to bookings must be communicated in writing and are subject to approval.
2.4. Subscriptions to corporate memberships will take effect upon receipt of payment in full.
- Payments
3.1. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or through an approved credit account.3.2. For clients with a credit account, invoices must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date and/or prior to any training taking place, whichever is sooner.
3.3. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 5% per month above the Bank of England base rate.
3.4. We reserve the right to suspend future bookings for clients with outstanding invoices.
3.5. For annual corporate memberships to OMC, subscriptions will renew automatically for another 12 months with an invoice being issued prior to the renewal date.
- Cancellations and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations must be made in writing.4.2. Cancellation charges for training sessions apply as follows:
- More than 14 days before the event: Full refund or reschedule option.
- 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund or reschedule option.
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
4.3. If we cancel a training session, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4.4. Should clients not wish to renew their corporate membership with OMC, 30 days notice is required in writing in advance of the renewal date.
4.5. OMC reserve all copyright and any other intellectual property rights which may subsist in any goods supplied in connection with the provision of services. We reserve the right to take any appropriate action to restrain or prevent the infringement of such intellectual property rights. Upon cancellation of corporate memberships, all E-Learning, Video and OMC shared content must be removed from clients platforms and once done, confirmed in writing to OMC.
- Rescheduling Policy
5.1. Clients may request to reschedule training up to 7 days before the event without charge.5.2. Rescheduling requests within 7 days may be subject to a 25% rebooking fee.
- Liability and Disclaimer
6.1. Our webinars and training sessions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.6.2. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
6.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring their employees have the necessary technology to access online sessions.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
7.1. We comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.7.2. Any personal or corporate information shared with us will be handled in strict confidence.
- Governing Law
8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
