Centre de la ménopause en ligne

1. Clinical Approval

Activation of a subscription does not guarantee prescribing. All treatment decisions are subject to clinical assessment, review of blood test results, and ongoing medical judgement. OMC reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue prescribing where clinically appropriate.

2. 3 Month Plan Structure & Minimum Treatment Period

The Testosterone Treatment Plan is provided as a 3 Month Plan which can be rolled over at the end of each 3 month period to facilitate continuous treatment and your next prescription. The initial 3-month period forms part of a clinically supervised treatment programme:

  • £69 per month (or as stated at checkout)
  • Minimum commitment: 3 months (£207 total)
  • Forms part of a clinically supervised treatment programme

After the initial 3-month period, you will be given the opportunity to continue your subscription on a rolling 3 monthly basis. If you don’t wish to renew, there is no obligation to renew after any 3 month period.

3. Recurring Billing Authorisation

By activating the 3 Month Plan you confirm you agree for the service to begin immediately and waive your cancellation rights.  You will be given the option to roll over your 3 Month Plan prior to the end of each 3 month period thus continuing your treatment.

4. What the 3 Month Plan Covers

  • Structured specialist oversight
  • Prescription management
  • Monitoring schedule management
  • Secure clinical communication

5. Payment Processing

Payment by instalments is available via Klarna. Klarna provides regulated credit agreements, and its terms apply independently of Online Menopause Centre’s clinical services and refund policies. Available to UK residents aged 18 or over, subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.  Full details are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Monitoring Requirement

Ongoing prescribing requires monitoring including a blood test at approximately 10 weeks and further testing as clinically indicated. Failure to complete monitoring may result in suspension or discontinuation of treatment.  Ongoing prescribing always remains subject to clinical review, active subscription status, and required monitoring.

7. Cancellation

After the initial 3 months you can choose to continue your plan (and treatment) or cancel at the end of any 3 month.  Restarting may require reassessment.

8. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period

If you purchase online, you may have statutory cancellation rights. By proceeding, you request that services begin immediately and therefore waive your cancellation rights.  If you cancel after services begin, a proportionate fee may be retained.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in line with UK consumer law. Fees may be retained for services already provided. Medication and laboratory services are non-refundable once provided.

10. Pausing or Termination

OMC may pause or terminate treatment where monitoring is incomplete, payments are outstanding, or clinical concerns arise.

11. No Guarantee of Clinical Outcome

The Plan provides access to care but does not guarantee outcomes or continued prescribing.

12. Changes to Fees

OMC may adjust fees with reasonable notice.

13. Limitation of Service

This service does not replace emergency care or GP services and is limited to menopause-related hormone care.

14. Acceptance

By activating the 3 Month Plan you agree to being contacted regarding the renewal prior to the end of every billing period, and clinical governance requirements.
