There is a charge of £35 for medical queries and requests that require clinic time outside of your consultations.

Our aim is always to deliver affordable, convenient and accessible treatment but due to the ever-increasing volume of emails and calls requiring both administrative and clinical time outside of the allocated consultation times, we can no longer provide this service free of charge.
