Dr Laila Kaikavoosi has compassionately helped thousands of women to reach their optimal health and hormonal balance by offering them the most up to date, unbiased and individualised treatment options. She has extensive experience initiating and managing women on both regulated and compounded bio-identical hormone therapies.
Laila is a leading expert in the field of menopause. Her years of experience and extensive post graduate training has given her a unique insight to the management of menopausal conditions.
Dr Anisa Malik graduated from University College London Medical School in 2004 and has since trained as a GP with a specialist interest in Women’s Health. She has continually furthered her professional development through teaching, appraising, mentoring and leadership/management. She keeps up to date with advancements in medical practice to ensure her patients receive the very best care possible.
She is deeply passionate about her advanced role as a Women’s Health doctor and supporting women through their menopause journey is one of her priorities and a privilege. She looks forward to listening to her patients and assisting them with their individual needs.
Dr Martins is a Naturopath and Herbalist with a PhD in Biology, and a Lifestyle Medicine Certified practitioner. Dr Martins’ career started as a scientist who fell in love with natural health and today she practices as a naturopath specialising in female health. She has extensive experience in supporting women balancing their hormones and optimising their health, particularly during peri-menopause and menopause, including those on HRT.
Whether it’s supporting your gut health, managing stress, sleeping better, losing weight, having more energy, or simply just getting back that sense of ”feeling like yourself”, Dr Martins is committed to support you along the way.
Dr Milad Hilli is a fully qualified General Practitioner with a special interest in women’s health, particularly menopause care. She has experience working across both the NHS and private sector and is passionate about improving awareness of, and access to, high-quality menopause services.
She is a British Menopause Society (BMS) Specialist and holds the North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) qualification, as well as the CoSRH Menopause Care Professional Certificate (MCPC) and Menopause Care Professional Diploma (MCPD).
Dr Hilli also holds a Master’s degree in Advancing Healthcare Practice and contributes to health education as a member of the WHO Fides team.
Kate qualified as an Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 1990. For the last 25 years she has held a special interest in Sexual and Reproductive Health. She has worked both in the NHS and Private sector providing both Contraception and Menopause care.
She is an Independent Prescriber and feels passionately that women should be provided the opportunity to make informed decisions in relation to their menopause and beyond.
OMC-Patientenbetreuungsteam
Mary joined the Online Menopause Centre in 2020 and has been a valued member of the team ever since. Having spent several years supporting patients as part of our Patient Care Team, Mary has developed extensive knowledge and experience in menopause, perimenopause and hormone health. She now combines this expertise with her role as Practice Manager, overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic while continuing to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care.
After completing her Office Administration & Medical Secretary certification in Ireland in 2015, Mary went on to build a successful career within private healthcare in the UK. She is passionate about providing a warm, compassionate and efficient service and is committed to ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their journey with OMC.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and embracing her creative side.
Agne joined the Online Menopause Centre in January 2024 as part of our Patient Care Team, bringing with her valuable experience gained as a medical secretary within the private dentistry sector. Since joining OMC, she has developed a strong understanding of menopause and the patient journey, helping to ensure every woman receives a caring, efficient and supportive experience from their first enquiry through to ongoing care.
As a Medical Secretary and member of the patient care team, Agne works closely with our clinicians supporting the smooth running of the clinic and helping patients feel informed and reassured throughout their time with OMC. She is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to continually developing her knowledge within the field of menopause medicine.
Outside of work, Agne enjoys cooking, keeping active, and exploring new places through travel.
